I recently rented an apartment that was advertised as having a private jacuzzi, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. For starters, the apartment lacked a comfortable sofa; instead, there were several cheaply furnished beds with super hard pillows and obviously low-quality blankets and bedding. Although the apartment was generally clean, several issues quickly became apparent. For instance, the bathroom's shower curtain had developed mold from prolonged humidity, clearly indicating a lack of proper maintenance by the landlord. Worse still, the so-called private jacuzzi was completely out of order, and most of the chairs were broken, seemingly placed there just for decoration. Even the additional amenity—a massage chair—appeared outdated and did nothing to improve the overall experience. To make matters even more unpleasant, after I checked out, the landlord claimed damages, alleging that the blankets had been ruined during my stay. While I agreed to cover reasonable compensation, the landlord not only berated me over the phone but also threatened to call the police. Faced with such unprofessional behavior, I had no choice but to block his number to avoid further harassment. This rental experience was a stark reminder of how drastically reality can fall short of advertised promises. I strongly advise anyone considering similar accommodations to thoroughly inspect all facilities and document their condition with photos and records to protect yourself from any unjust claims later on. Unless you are extremely price-sensitive and have no quality requirements, I do not recommend staying there.

I went on a 4-day, 3-night vacation, and the room was nothing like the pictures — it was extremely disappointing. The chair was broken, the pillows and curtains were moldy, and the musty smell was overwhelming. They claimed cooking was allowed, but none of the plugs worked — only the washing machine functioned well. It felt like the owner doesn’t take care of the place. Definitely not suitable for families with small babies — it felt haunted! Another thing, the parking area was really creepy, with trash everywhere — no wonder even ghosts love it.

Thist is my third time check in here BUT unfortunately this is the worse experience ever. I hate my room sooooo much.. there's mold everywhere and even worst the there's nothing like description. I ask for 2 single bed but they give us 1 Queen size instead. They don't event have cooking utensils and I have to lalamove from home just to get a pan!😂 I hate u guys soo much!. I was thankful that I go with my friends. If I go with my family they will be more disappointed then me. For those who have children you guys should bring your own utensils from home or choose somewhere else is the best option. I don't know why this time the management look down on small things like this. The washing machine also didn't workkk!🥲
