Stayed here for a special celebration, and we truly appreciated the lovely room decoration and complimentary dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that made our occasion feel extra special. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming classic hotel vibe. We did encounter an issue with the air-conditioning not being cold, but kudos to the engineering team and duty manager who responded promptly and assisted us in changing rooms without hassle. Their helpfulness definitely made a difference. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight — the food was tasty and the cake was absolutely delightful. For the quality of service and overall experience, the price is very affordable and definitely worth it. Would recommend for those seeking a cozy and welcoming hotel with warm hospitality.

We recently held a 2 days program at Impiana Hotel, and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed and absolutely satisfied with the services provided! 🙌🏼 From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even with a few last-minute requests, the hotel team responded quickly and delivered without hesitation. That level of professionalism and flexibility is truly commendable. 👏🏼 Our accommodation was equally amazing the rooms were clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Though the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, I’m confident that future guests will be even more impressed with the upgraded look and feel. A huge thank you goes to Puan Mas, who was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout our entire event. Her assistance made a big difference and contributed so much to the success of our program. 💐 To anyone considering Impiana Hotel — don’t hesitate! So i decided to stay one night in Ipoh with my family. Trying to find comfort and fun for the kids. I choose this 4 stars hotel expecting to get all that. Late afternoon check in almost evening. had. made my booking and paid in full. but only stayed there like 20 minutes before deciding to check out and stay some place else. the Pool is under renovation. only 1 lift out of 3 that is working. The room airconditioning was mot functioning. they offered another room. The service is great. they apologies. but still decided to check out because the main thing I pay so much was for my family enjoyment. Since I only get to enjoy facilities like in any OYO hotel. i decided to go some place else. which was half the price but got all that I need. Not recomended for leisure. for business maybe. it's an old building being revived. Hope they do well. maybe I'll come back in a couple of years once they finished with all the renovation.
