I never leave reviews but I enjoyed staying at the Rixos so much that I had to leave one. We were greeted with welcome drinks and a complimentary room upgrade. The service was great from the moment we walked through the doors until we left. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool and beach were beautiful and well maintained. Also, the complimentary breakfast buffet is very good quality for a free breakfast. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the city but we most enjoyed staying at the resort and soaking up the sun by the pool and swimming in the Adrian sea. You can get great food and drinks at the hotel as well!! My only feedback is that I wish the hotel had the option for us to log into our streaming services in the room (netflix, hulu, etc) and it would be nice to see more water refill stations. I did a lot of research before booking this hotel and I think this is the nicest hotel in Dubrovnik. My expectations were exceeded and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Dubrovnik.
I visited this hotel for their day spa offer including use of the gym, spa facilities and a 25 min treatment. Thankyou to all staff for your hospitality and for accomodating me and my family. A special mention to Aleksa who carried out a 25 min physio massage on my back, neck and shoulders. He was very knowledgeable and was able to work through the tension in my and shoulders and advised of corrective measures to help with my alignment which was beyond my expectations. Professional, knowledgeable and a great therapist. Thankyou Aleksa! I highly reccommend booking a treatment with the spa team.
My wife and I travel internationally every month, so with all the different countries have experienced a huge variety of hotels, with the Royal Princess being the best one overall to date. Our suite was not only huge by even US standards, but incredibly well appointed with very high end trim and furnishings, as well as the most amazing views of the Adriatic. You could almost jump into the water from our balcony. With their grouping of 4-5 hotels, we had access to multiple restaurants, indoor/outdoor pools, as well as gym and spa facilities that were all included. Even the bus route was super close to the hotel, and with it being the last stop on the line, made it impossible to miss your stop. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
