Impressive Punta Cana All Inclusive

Everything about this place was amazing! The ratings online are rather harsh and I don’t understand why, opinions vary. The buffet was just okay, but what kept me going back to the buffet instead of the premium buffet was the staff. Every morning, my waitress treated/greeted us like family. My room was beyond fabulous and included a jacuzzi. It was in the perfect spot on the property because I could exit my villa and turn left and there’s the beach! Go right, and there’s the pool! The premium pool was a short walk around the corner!

A clean resort set in beautiful grounds with lush vegetation. The rooms were clean and spacious with a mini bar and open wardrobe. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Lost one star as maintenance slow waited 4 days for TV to be repaired , then we had to leave. Location is in Punta Cana which is quite far from main attractions. Overall we had a great time. ❤️

Unfortunately, our experience at Impressive Punta Cana was far from enjoyable. The only highlight worth mentioning was the bartender at the Premium Lobby Bar, who provided excellent service. Beyond that, the hotel offered very little to feel good about. Cleanliness was lacking from the start, and we encountered an alarming list of basic shortages during just three days: no ice, no plates, no fries, no salt. The alcoholic beverages were of extremely poor quality—barely drinkable. Most concerning, however, was the staff’s behavior. We found them to be aggressive and disrespectful, and in most cases, you could only get what you needed if you offered money discreetly. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope this review helps others avoid a disappointing experience. To add to the problems, the beach was covered in sargassum and the smell of rot made the overall atmosphere even worse—though that part is more a natural issue. Luckily, we were with friends and managed to enjoy ourselves by laughing at how bad the hotel was. Best regards.
