In Bakuriani The Valley Aparthotel

Very bad service. Room won't clean. The bed wasn't clean. There were no slippers and bathrobes. Very slim walls so at night you can't get sleep because of loud from the street, there is bar or night club in front of hotel. Also kids are runnig and playing on floors. In room there is kitchen but Kitchen equipment is in bad condition so you cant cook.

Horror . The building is without maintenance. The light goes out about 10 times a day. Which there is no water or electricity or internet in the apartment. There is no generator. and they are left without an elevator. The children's playroom is empty !!!! The restaurant is closed. And does not have a spa!!!! Not pool not Nothing. There is no one at reception to answer. everything comes crashing down. On the second day we had to go down the 4 floors by stairs with the bags! Since no one repaired the elevator. For 2 days . The outside terrace for stay to the patio is completely broken. the glasses are about to collapse just like the entire building. I not recommend. There is nothing nearby, no restaurant or supermarket. They sell it as a spa and it's just a room with nothing. we had a very bad time.

The restaurant is close When we check in there is no water. The apartment number 210 is not clean and when we told the housekeeper to clean she said she will come back but she didn’t . The bed without sheets you have to put the sheets by yourself. The curtain for the bedroom is super thin , too much of light for sleeping. The bed is not comfortable at all. The toilet cover is broken. The owner wasn’t collaborating at all. Nothing good in this apartment except the balcony .
