In The Sky Sky Tower Apartments

We lived on the 36th floor. The view from the windows is amazing. The apartment is beautiful and tidy. We visited when the air temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. Upon arrival the apartment was well cooled. But it was impossible to sleep at night because the air conditioner was broken or set to automatically heat. At night it showed 24 .. Only one of the 4 elevators is operating at a time.

paid €12.50 (a lot) to go up to the viewing platform to find half of it was closed off due to the weather we were told though it seemed pleasant enough. no warning of this before we paid our money and certainly no discount for the inconvenience. the bar was expensive too.

Sorry to say but it is the worst service I have gotten. I didn’t manage to check in. After I informing them my check-in time and placed the order, they sent me message that there would be additional cost for another 200PLN for late check-in. If I didn’t agree with it then “check-in today will not be possible”. I asked them to cancel the orders and they said they would not make the refund because my reservation was made on no-refundable condition. Very ridiculous. I admit that they wrote that the order was no-fundable but they didn’t mention the so -high additional charge before I made the payment at all! Imagine you placed the order in no-refundable condition but later additional cost comes, whether you agree with it or not, they have got your money. Very ridiculous! What’s more, other clients had exact same case as me, and they got the refund!! Different services depending on person? Disgusting!!!
