Our stay at the Indana Palace Hotel was truly memorable. My child enjoyed the experience immensely, thanks to the special treats from the chef that made them feel extra special. The hotel's beautiful location added to the charm, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. We were particularly impressed with the delicious Jain food, which was prepared with great care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to visiting again!
Had an absolutely wonderful stay and birthday celebration at Indiana, Jaipur! 🎉 Went there for a birthday lunch and stay, and everything was just perfect from start to finish ✅. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, which made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived 😊. Big shoutout to Pradeep Biswal, the GM—so humble, gracious, and clearly leading an amazing team 👏. We stayed in a beautiful villa with a private pool 🏡💦—it was peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. The overall vibe of the property is calm and relaxing, making it perfect for celebrations or a quiet getaway 🌿. The food was fantastic, the service was quick, and the entire team ensured our experience was smooth and memorable 💯. Highly recommend Indiana, Jaipur if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing staycation ✨.
Worst Experience at a So-Called 5-Star – Indana Place Jaipur We had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience at Indana Place during our recent stay. The problems began when we ordered snacks – they were served cold and of extremely poor quality. Thinking dinner might be better, we placed another order that evening, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The food was cold, tasteless, and almost inedible. We complained not once, but multiple times, and even spoke directly to the chef and the manager. Despite raising our concerns, there was no resolution offered. The same substandard food was sent back, and we were eventually forced to go to bed hungry – all four of us. Next morning, the staff behaved like nothing had happened. No concern for their guests, no accountability. To add insult to injury, we were charged ₹8,300 for that horrible food. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer hospitality. It was a complete waste of money and a terrible experience. We would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re ready to pay for food you can’t eat and service that doesn’t care. Is this how a 5-star property treats its guests? Absolutely unacceptable. Never staying here again.
