INDILA Luxury Apartment in Nizami street

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with family. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The rent a car , Cafe City coffee shop and super market are 2 min walk away.

We were put up in this hotel as part of emergency accommodation provided by Qantas during issues with flights, and although hotel was a little dated, it was clean and the staff were absolutely excellent! Dealing with a bunch of tired, cranky travellers all at once, they were extremely helpful and happy to do their very best to make sure we were happy and well looked after. The food at the Sunflower restaurant in hotel was lovely. Top marks to the staff for their patience and professionalism!! Thank you :)

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a reservation a week in advance for a family of five, we were initially given two rooms on separate floors, which was completely impractical for a family booking. When we raised the issue, the staff made us wait over 3 hours for a resolution. What was even more frustrating was the lack of coordination—even the manager seemed unaware of the situation and unable to provide any help. The staff were unprofessional and quite rude throughout, showing little concern for our inconvenience. For families planning a trip to Baku, I would strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. The experience was far from what we expected, and unfortunately, it set a negative tone for the beginning of our trip.
