Extremely helpful staff. Helped with an error we made in our booking without hesitation. Front desk, restaurant, pool staff, housekeeping and door staff we so friendly and inviting. I wish iI could give the staff 6 stars. Not my first visit will definitely not be my last. Great water pressure in the bathroom. Could use a coffee machine in the room but not a deal breaker. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Our stay at Indochine Palace was truly pleasant and beautiful. Everyone was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Vietnam!
We spent one night at this hotel which I would describe as old fashioned luxury. Breakfast was super nice as well as the swimming pool and the gym. In the evening you can have a drink with some live music. Just to add something to improve, hair drier was totally insufficient. Super small no powerful equipment. A hotel like this one should provide a much better ones.
