Indoluxe Hotel Jogjakarta

Overall my stay at Indoluxe hotel was great, near to tourist destinations. A notes to restaurant and kitchen team to be more concern about time management for guest order. I ordered pasta and must wait for almost 1 hour, i approach the waiter and asked frequently about my order and she said it is on prepare. I dediced to cancel after long wait. I truly appreciate the waiter for responsible to gives complimentary fruits platter and the pasta i order, Ms. Silvi (the waiter) is very kind and responsible for her work. And also the facility for “onsen” is not available due to hot water tub is broken and must paid even though says its free..

My first time staying here, I thought it was a luxury hotel a llng time ago, looking at the sanitary items and property, but I think they need to renew some items, especially the carpet and bathroom tiles which are stained and can't be removed. Complete amenities are provided, even for 4 star hotels they provide body lotion, very respectful.

00.31 after midnight, we were really suffering by cigarette smoke sneaking into our room from the next room through the connecting door. It’s a non-smoking floor. The receptionist that we complained could do nothing. 1.12 Finally they moved us to a cleaner and newer room another floor. Logically, the smoker must have been removed from the non-smoking floor. But we simply too tired to wait till the smoke from connecting door vanished. We chose to move.
