A True Slice of Heaven – 10/10 Stay! From the very first turn off the road, you’re welcomed by a feeling of peace and beauty — it truly feels like arriving in heaven. The parking area is extremely safe, surrounded by well-kept cars and a calm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel secure and at ease. Our room had a breathtaking lake view — honestly, one of the most stunning views I’ve ever experienced. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. 10/10. The staff were warm, always smiling, and carried themselves with a blend of professionalism and luxury that reflects the true soul of this hotel. They made us feel completely taken care of. The spa center deserves its own praise: 10/10. The indoor pool, sauna, and overall cleanliness were top-tier. An outdoor pool is coming soon and it already looks amazing! The only small area for improvement would be the drink selection — coffee and soft drinks could be slightly better — but overall, everything was great. And don’t miss the rooftop bar! It offers a golden view perfect for Instagram (seriously, check the photos). The atmosphere is laid-back and the female staff there are super friendly and fun — you’ll feel right at home while enjoying a sunset drink. I’m already planning to come back — and honestly, don’t waste your money elsewhere. This is the place to stay. Highly recommended! Thank you for the amazing experience!

The hotel is perfectly located at the shores of Ohrid Lake, surrounded by pine woods, providing excellent conditions for a quiet environment and stay. Staff does a great job, quietly making the place tick. They are hospitable and very professional. The spa facilities are clean and very well maintained. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money experience.

Overall is good hotel, but definetly not to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Room were pretty good, renovated and clean, the view from the balcony was great. Overall the hotel amenities were not who knows what, halways was dark and common areas seemed like for a 4 star hotel at best. Staff was polite. Parking area was not the best as is there was not dedicated only for the guests I assume. Brekfast was averege, can be dfinetly be improved was not 5 star hotel standard.
