Infante Sagres

Our stay was so incredibly lovely and luxurious. The hotel is so beautiful and sumptuous! The staff was so accommodating, kind, understanding and warm to our whole group. A large group of us came quite suddenly after leaving the duoro because of fires and the staff was so welcoming and understanding. The breakfast was so deluxe! Fresh honeycomb, passion fruit, cappuccinos! We highly recommend this hotel and special thanks to Eva at the front desk for being so kind and helpful! The courtyard was a dream.

My family and I had a great time staying here. I travel a lot for work and vacation and stay at many hotels each year. It was the best Hilton property I have ever stayed at. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. They did their best to accommodate my dad’s disability needs. We needed to head to the airport at 4am and they made sure we have everything taken care of and even prepared breakfast for us. The rooms are very nice and the elevators are very cool!

Room: enough for one person. Hot water took 5 minutes. Breakfast: lots of new people need more training. Try to order scramble egg w veggies but Kitchen refused to provide Dinner taste menu: most dishes are good. Fish dish could be much better. Chef made his efforts to meet customers expectations. Decoration: very traditional and beautiful design. I wish they don’t use plastic flowers. For the first 5 star hotel, I wish their decoration is better than that.
