I have visited kusadasi many of time but this hotel definitely stands out for me. From the minute you arrive you are very well looked after the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Amazing understanding of the English language. There is a great atmosphere to the hotel especially around the pool. The animation team made the holiday really extra special every single member of the team tried their best to make our holiday so much fun. They are all so lovely and made great friends. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the foam party in the afternoon and the white mirror party in the evening. These were so professional and amazing fun for everyone. The hotel is very clean the restaurant room beach and pool are cleaned daily and to a very high standard. The food is of a good

This place mostly has what you need for a week of family vacation. It has a really tiny sand beach, where it's impossible to find a spot, and the rest is deck above water, where you descend into the sea via metal ladder, like you would in an above ground pool. The rooms have a nice layout for a family of 4; One room had two single beds for kids and a barh, the other had a king bed with bath. The AC worked well. The mini bar was empty on arrival and remained empty throughout our stay. We were given only 2 hand towels, even though there was 4 of us. The toilet bowl wasn't clean when we arrived. The toiletries were never replenished, so we requested them, but they said they were out. Toilet paper wasn't replenished either, we had to call the front desk. My gold earrings went missing so be sure to put everything in the safe. The food is good, buffet style; with exception of breakfast- breakfast meats are highly processed nasty looking sausages/hotdogs and low quality cold cuts. The quality of coffee.(from machines) is extremely poor, which was quite unexpected. Turkish coffee was a good choice, though. The staff is super nice and helpful. The water park was great, except the life guards were way too forward with my 14 year old daughter, who refused to go on the slides because of it. The place over all doesn't fulfill it's 5 star designation- it feels like 3.5 star resort. The patrons of the resort are pretty rude- they will take your chaise lounge with your towel on it, cut in lines and leave trash behind even though there are numerous trashcans throughout. When they dropped food on the ground, thy would just continue walking, so the place felt unnecessarily dirty; even though the staff worked tirelessly to try and clean up. There selection of cocktails wasn't the greatest. Overall far from a 5 star resort experience.

I tried to make this review as reliable and fair as possible, so I will explain why I gave it three stars. The first star is for the aquapark, which is excellent. The slides have no sharp edges, the sections fit together well, and everything is very well maintained. The lifeguards are strict, and safety is at a high level. The second star goes to the lower-level staff, who do their best despite looking extremely tired and clearly being overworked. Their dedication is noticeable and appreciated. The third star is for the food — but not in the main restaurant (which is okay, but definitely not up to 5-star standards). I’m referring to the food served outside of regular meal times — like burgers, pizza, and other snacks — which was actually quite good despite queues are 10-15m long. Now, here are the areas that need improvement: 1. The quality of the all-inclusive cocktails — they are far too strong, which ruins the taste. The gin doesn’t taste like gin, and the same can be said for the rum. 2. The infrastructure is not suited to the number of guests. One morning, I spent 7 minutes (!!) just trying to find a table for breakfast. There’s only one main pool, which is too deep for small children, and if you want a sunbed, you’d better wake up early — by 8 AM, they’re all taken (usually just by towels, not people). There’s definitely a “sunbed war” around the main pool. 3. The language barrier is a real issue. Most of the staff don’t speak English. During our stay, only one person at the reception spoke well enough for a proper conversation. 4. I paid extra for sea view room. What we got was actually a pool view room in block nr. 5 where sea was barely visible (pic attached). Reported this to reception but of course they had no other rooms and asked to come next day - I gave up on that. Overall, for the price we paid, I felt there were some shortcomings. And unfortunately, the old saying that “the worst part of any hotel is the guests” was clearly true in this case.
