Overall, everything was top-notch. The beach was beautiful and convenient, perfect for relaxing, although it was a bit dirty in some areas. The service at the hotel was good; most staff members were friendly and attentive. I especially want to highlight concierge Lilia — her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with any questions and created a feeling of care. Regarding some aspects, the prices at the on-site restaurants were quite high, and the towels in the rooms had small stains. It would be convenient if insect screens were installed on the windows — without them, it was very uncomfortable, especially in the evening. Also, some staff members seemed a bit rude and unfriendly, which slightly dampened the overall impression. The staff at the infinity pool tried to be attentive, and I also want to thank Georgiy, the waiter, for his friendliness and courtesy. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would love to come back here again!
What an amazing destination and absolutely flawless service. You are greater at the gate with a warm smile and a golf cart ready to take you to reception. There the wonderful staff including Tanja and Laura attended to every whim we had. There was nothing they would not do. The beach was amazing and the staff there took care of all our needs. The villa had a breathtaking view of the Adriatic and the two bedroom villa we had was stocked with everything we would ever need This is an amazing destination and the people of Montenegro will warm your heart.
I’m currently staying here and honestly, this One of the Worst “Luxury” Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had – Day 1 Currently staying here, and I’m honestly shocked at how bad this place is. Over €1,000 per night for what feels like a 3-star hotel pretending to be luxury. • I was told on the phone that a beach bed was booked for me at Dukley Beach Bar. At check-in, they claimed no booking existed. The same staff member admitted she spoke to me — no apology, just excuses and blame-shifting. • Ordered a golf cart. Waited 30+ minutes. When I called again, they lied and said it already came — no one rang the bell or even passed by. We had to leave the room and run after random golf carts ourselves. • The room is a joke. Cheap IKEA-style furniture, an ancient TV that doesn’t even work, and overall the space feels tired and poorly maintained. This is Day 1 of my stay — and I’ll be posting an updated review every single day until I check out. If management can’t get it together, guests at least deserve to know the truth. Avoid this place unless you enjoy overpaying for disappointment. Day 2: The hotel sent a plate of fruit as an apology, which was a nice gesture, but no real action was taken. Turn-down service wasn’t done, no technician came to fix the TV, and the issues I raised on Day 1 were completely ignored. The TV happened to work on its own, but no effort was made by staff. Day 3: No one came to clean the room at all. I had to micromanage staff just to try and get basic service, which is not something any guest should have to do while on holiday. Even after messaging guest relations to request cleaning, nothing was done. By 7 PM, the room was still untouched. This is not 5-star service — at its greatest, it’s 3 stars. The only thing worth praising here are the beach bars. The hotel itself needs a serious upgrade in rooms, furniture, TVs, and especially in-house guest service. Staffing levels seem low and the management appears indifferent. I’ll keep updating this review daily until my stay ends, but so far, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
