Infinity Hotel San Francisco Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Our family of four stayed 4 nights here last month and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is located in the marina district and the area feels incredibly safe and vibrant. Lots of people out walking, dining, and enjoying the area. The 28 Municipal Bus drops off and picks up right out front of the hotel which makes it incredibly convenient to get around the city. We loved the rooftop patio, with amazing views of the Golden Gate, the bay, and downtown. The decor and feel of the hotel is top notch! Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are good sized and we never felt uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at here and had a really pleasant experience. The first impression was great the structure is super cute and gives off a classic motel vibe. That’s probably because it used to be a motel before being converted into a hotel, and I must say, the transformation has been done quite impressively. 🏨 This isn’t the kind of place where you’d expect amazing views, but if you’re visiting San Francisco and just need a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to sleep and relax, this is perfect. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and a big plus is that all the bathrooms have bidets installed in the 🚽, which is such a thoughtful feature! No need of 🧻🤣 There’s also a small on-site café called Twisted Café. If you’re a Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member, you can redeem your daily F&B credit there, which was super convenient. The staff here is extremely nice and friendly. I was assisted by Jenny (I think that’s her name), and she was wonderful, warm, helpful, and made check-in easy and welcoming. Overall, I loved my stay here. It’s a great option if you want to be away from the noise of downtown San Francisco. Definitely recommend! 👍🏻🎖️

Where to start? Room basic. Service was mixed: afternoon front staff was friendly and helpful, the morning staff: needs serious attitude and "how to talk to (all) customers" training. Horrible. WARNING to all foreign and non local guests...the hotel recommends the Pierce street parking around the corner...that parking garage has no signs advising to PAY FIRST, you will receive an $87 parking fine if you don't. We feel the hotel should tell guests about that if it recommended!!!!! Also, loading and unloading in front is usually occupied by other than hotel guests! Very inconvenient! Do Better! This ruined the stay.
