I have stayed here twice now with my 8 year old daughter and we think it's a great place to stay. The service we've received on both occasions has been helpful and professional. The facilities are great for kids. The location is beautiful near the beach and the local take away shop makes yummy food especially their egg & bacon rolls. The only downside I've found is in the winter months the pool is heated however still quite cold but it hasn't stopped my daughter from getting in for a swim, it's personally just been to cold for myself. The rooms have always been clean.

We loved the kids games and amenities which were free to use, such as Put Put golf and air hockey etc. The cabins had 6 plates (for a family of 6) which was great. They were clean and adequate. However, the double bed was very hard, so I couldn't sleep and the pillows in cabin 30 were also to firm. They said they would put some soft pillows in there. The staff were friendly and overall I recommend this as a lovely holiday close to the beach, with a heated swimming pool.

Overpriced for what you get. Lady we got at check in was extremely rude and lots of maintenance staff also very rude. Others were lovely but it ruined the experience. We were kicked out of the games room by a sour maintenance man before 8pm. Only two table games & four machines. Table games and putt putt were free so was nice. Only one ball for table tennis, no pool equipment. Minimal other games either not working or only take coin. Internet is poor. Location isn’t amazing save for the fact that it is on the beach. NO NETFLIX OR STREAMING! DVD’s aren’t great. Kids went crazy in wet weather as nothing to do. The facilities would be good if they catered for wet weather. Overall probably would explore other options before staying again and the price definitely does not reflect what is on offer. Look elsewhere before staying here!!!!
