Ingenia Holidays Townsville

We had such a great time here! We only wish we'd stayed longer. We had an issue with the initial room, but the night manager was all over it, and sorted us out pronto. Such great service. Cleanliness was too notch, facilities were awesome. Our kids had the best time at the splash park, the playground and the pool. Highly recommended! Easy to find, right next to the highway but low noise. Clear check-in instructions and highly responsive communication We'll definitely be back here, loved it.

We just returned from holding our school camp and staying at Big 4 Ingenia, Deeragun. Our accommodation was well-suited to hosting 10/11 year old children, with the large swimming pool and slides being particularly popular. I would also like to give a shout-out to our host, Jody, who was fantastic. She cooked us delicious meals and made excellent packed lunches. She also did a great job assisting us throughout the week and answering our numerous questions. I would definitely recommend Jody and Big 4 Ingenia, Deeragun for all future camping/cabin accommodation in the Townsville area.

THE SMELL. if you stay make sure you pick a site near the front of the park because down the back it smells like a septic tank, constantly. water park is not well maintained and full of rust and moss that could be pressure washed off. pool is clean and a nice spot for the kids. Sites are dusty with a small amount of grass. didn't find the park noisy at all considering it was between 2 freeways. It's in a good location and the staff are lovely. We stayed an extra night simply because we weren't done in the area and didn't want to go to another park. Would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.
