InHouse Hotel Culiacán

Just I'm waiting hot water but I like it. Hoping 🤞 soon my hoy water

My husband and I traveling through from Canada. Our van broke down and we needed transmission repair. We stayed at Inhouse for 3 nights while we waited. We felt very safe and we’re greeted by two English speaking employees. We appreciated the help from Joey. He was exceptional helping us with our comfort and even helped us locate our phone we left in an uber. He was understanding when we needed a bit of time on check out. Very much appreciated! Our room is a walk out to the pool! I highly recommend this, especially if traveling in summer months. It been so hot! All of the employees work so hard here, giving extra towels if we need. There were a few families during our stay. We loved the community feeling here. We also had room service one night from the on site “El Sauce” it was terrific!

Such a beautiful hotel such a shame it has useless workers in the front desk. I paid for 8 nights and by the 7th night i was getting kicked out. The girl at the front desk was demanding i paid and extra night until i showed her all the transactions. The swimming pool is out of service every other day for the whole day. Really rude workers. There are better options out there. Like airbnb. Will definitely not be checking in on my future vistis here.
