Alot security 👌
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms but a little small but adequate for what they are. They are not that friendly. Some of the staff don't greet you, but not all. They didn't help us carry our bags to the room, although they hurried and let us in before check-in time. The buffet is good, with good seasoning, good service, nice facilities, the cashier is the friendliest in the entire hotel, and there is a variety of dishes, although it is not very large. I didn't use the pool, but it is not very deep, good for families with children. It is quiet and safe and well located. There is an Oxxo in front, and there is a car rental nearby. It is 10 minutes from the bus terminal and on a highway that makes it easy to get to other cities.
Dirty room. Horrible customer service. Breakfast food was cold. The shower was clogged. Sheets were stained and had hair. Won’t be returning.
