The hotel is supposed to be 4 star hotel but comparing to another 3 Star hotels in the same area that hotel can’t be described as 4 star as there is no facilities compared to star rating , that might be max 2 or 3 Star only! The cleaning services in the rooms is very weak point there , unfortunately I found the sheets dirty after checking in which made my stay very annoying from the start As well the room was having fresh paint smell ! I asked to change the room and I got POD accessibility room which means everything there was in a lower height ! During my stay the sheets were changed once only within 5 nights! Really disappointing , Even I kept the changing request paper on the bed , the housekeeping staff kept the same and I found out that after I came back to the room ! That shows there is no supervision to the staff as they don’t care , As well hotel is not providing water bottles , they are refilling your water maybe from dispenser which is really very weakness point , I don’t know who advised them this is a good idea ! The parking entrance and exit are the same ! Which is unsafe at all and very narrow as well , and the parking slots are so small , Some of the staff needs to learn how to deal with gusts, they need to be trained on how to respect their gusts and to communicate in a good manner, The hotel overall is not bad but not good as 4 star hotel in Dubai. The only bright thing in the hotel is the rooftop staff and some other staff within the hotel who really knows how to contact their customers as these small things matters and makes difference , “ Thanks Liza “ All these comments not to say the hotel is bad but these are some areas of improvement which could be considered from the management if they are welling to , Below photos were taken after few minutes of checking in! Hygiene is more important than cost saving.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this hotel in good faith, but due to an unexpected change in plans, I had to cancel well in advance. Despite reaching out multiple times, the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund or even a partial credit. The booking was marked as “non-refundable,” but I expected at least some flexibility or understanding given the circumstances.

Hello, I am currently staying at this hotel, and I honestly can’t wait to check out. The experience has been extremely disappointing. I booked three rooms, but this will definitely be the last time I stay here. The hotel did not meet my expectations at all. Everything has been bad — from the lack of proper room service (for example, they provide shampoo but no conditioner!) to missing essentials like a hairdryer. The staff at the reception and restaurant are unprofessional and not helpful. They don’t communicate clearly or treat guests with respect. I will be writing a review on Google and sharing my experience with my friends and followers, because people deserve to know the truth before booking. I came from outside the UAE expecting a relaxing stay, but instead, I’ve had a terrible experience. This is truly the last time I ever stay at this hotel.
