Inn at Mendenhall

This was an wonderful experience we had a rough day having our plane cancelled and not leaving the airport till midnight. They got us in and it was super clean, quiet, lovely furnishings . Breakfast buffet was well hosted with care in the food being hot and a lot of hot dishes and yougurt parfait. Also the mattress was amazing better than any mattress we have had in our three weeks of traveling all over. I can’t say enough in how grateful I was for this place and kind staff. God bless you for providing a place of rest for some very tired travelers.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast area and food was amazing - real plates and silverware. So comfortable. Jocelyn at the front desk was so sweet and helpful with the ice maker. She knew exactly what to do to get it to work. We will definitely be back. Most convenient to Longwood Gardens, too. Oh, and I LOVE THAT IT WAS PET FREE. That right there will make me come back to this hotel.

Overall nice rooms and quality service and furnishings. Surprised you’re replacing furniture. Problems in our room. Slow tub drain in the bathtub shower. Peeling paint in the shower area. No lid on the toilet. Toilet paper well supplied but on difficult to reach dispensers. I liked the towel bar on the sink counter front. That would be a good place for the toilet paper roll in the limited space bathroom. One light switch didn’t turn on a wall light. Safe was locked and we couldn’t get it to open so we could use it. We were only one night guests for a wedding on property. We didn’t bother staff for these minor issues. I mentioned the slow drain to lady at the desk when we checked out.
