Inn at the Quay

We stayed here on a business rate, so a lot more reasonable than what I understand it typically costs to stay here. We had a great experience. We had no concerns with the cleanliness of our room. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Lots of good spots close by the hotel. Gorgeous views. Boardwalk out back was a lovely spot for a morning or evening wander. Had some issues with room service, but in speaking with the hotel they informed me that the restaurant manages that - so that will be a separate review.

It's a nice hotel, that has maybe seen better days, but still a good stay. Beds are perhaps too comfortable and difficult to leave in the morning. Server at the Boathouse was incredible. Definitely stop in there for a meal while staying at the hotel.

We’ve loved this hotel since we first stayed here back in 2020. We usually come at least twice a year and just stay one night each time. The staff has always been amazing, and we’ve never had any issues — until now. We booked a room for one night this past weekend and were honestly shocked to see the price had doubled. $400 for one night is pretty wild, especially considering nothing has really changed. When we got to the room, we found a bobby pin on the floor and hair in the bathroom. I’m not the type to complain in person (it just makes me uncomfortable), so I didn’t say anything at the time. But I left feeling really disappointed. I’ve always loved this hotel, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s just not worth the price anymore, especially when the room wasn’t even properly cleaned.
