I have never experienced such kindness and purposeful hospitality at a luxury hotel, ever. From check-in/checkout, to special requests, to split payments, no matter what the situation the grace and flexibility was unmatched. My stay was short for a wedding but nonetheless memorable. The Deluxe room I stayed in was spacious and the little extra paid for a peekaboo view of the sound was well worth it. The patio deck in the Elliott Bay Suite was phenomenal! Something about high rise views and fresh air made the stay that much more memorable. The Presidential Suite was a retro throwback that felt like being in a Frank Llyod Wright dream. I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy any of the amenities, but the amount available to nom-member guests was plentiful! Even the day pass for access to more services not included was exceptionally fairly priced. One of my favorite spots was the Library adjacent to the Cafe in the lobby. The quiet corner surrounded by the warm wood wainscoting and wall lined books was an inviting space to escape the bustle of the city. I'm so glad I had the opportunity for a quick stay, I'm addicted and now need to plan a return to get the full experience!

Our stay at the WAC was a wonderfully pleasant experience. The inn was VERY well appointed with plenty of amenities, like card game room, ping pong table, basketball court, swimming pool, men and women's spas, and even a golf simulator! It was very conveniently located within walking distance of Pike's Market, while the link rail system provided convenient access to the rest of Seattle.

We had such a lovely stay. We were in town for one night before our cruise and wanted to stay in downtown Seattle. I was able to stay here by booking through my employer benefits and I’m glad I chose this hotel. The service was incredible, they were going above and beyond for some of the simple things and it really meant a lot. We didn’t get to tour the whole facility and use all the amenities as we had a tight itinerary. However the lobby area was very “old money” aesthetic. The rooms are updated with a little vintage charm. They had an Echo Dot with Alexa commands listed which I thought was pretty cool and convenient as I have one at home that I use frequently. Looking forward to the next time I’m in Seattle so I can stay here!
