recently stayed at Hotel Clarion and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was polite, professional, and attentive to guest needs. The reception area was clean and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, well-lit, and neatly maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like the complimentary water bottles, tea/coffee station, and toiletries. The bathroom was clean, with a good shower and fresh towels provided daily. One of the highlights of my stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a decent variety of both Indian and continental options, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant staff was friendly and made sure everyone had what they needed. The location of Hotel Clarion is also a plus — it’s close to key city areas and accessible by public transport and cabs. Despite being near a busy area, the rooms were quiet, and I had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep. A couple of areas could be improved — the Wi-Fi was slightly inconsistent at times, and the room lighting could be a bit brighter, especially for working. Also, the gym was a bit small and had limited equipment.
Held an event at clarion and had a pretty good time. We had a fairly big party of over 20 rooms and they did a great job of getting our rooms ready. We went to Fairmont right after clarion and I can say the management was much nicer and rooming as a fraction of the time it took for us to be roomed there.
Few days back I was near to this hotel and I really needed to use a washroom because of my periods , I went to hotel but guard stopped me at the entrance only and guided me to an unhygienic ,dirty toilet. He didn't even allowed me to go inside to reception. Ihad to use that toilet in emergency and then after I got UTI. I had to take medicines to recover .they can't even provide basic facilities to people.
