Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel
Excellent value. Clean, big rooms with very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
We had the unfortunate experience of staying in a Standard room at this hotel. Despite its spaciousness, the design was quite impractical. The wardrobe was exceedingly small, offering only two coat hangers, which was quite inadequate. Although the bathroom was visually appealing, it had an ongoing issue with a persistent sewage odor. The room itself was also very noisy due to constant traffic outside. Moreover, discovering a packet of condoms beside the bed was highly inappropriate and unbecoming of a so-called "design hotel," more reminiscent of a less reputable establishment. The mattress and the entire carpet were distressingly dirty (photos attached), and after just two days, the provided slippers were equally filthy (photos attached). The hotel's location is quite inconvenient for tourists, a point we had anticipated. The quality of service was inconsistent, ranging from occasionally satisfactory to outright neglectful, often accompanied by rude comments such as, "we'll get to it when we have time, but who knows if that'll be today or next week." The entrance hall and lobby also suffered from the same unpleasant odor as the room. The only somewhat positive aspect was the pool. However, the breakfast offerings were far from what one would expect of a continental breakfast and were rather unappetizing. The fried eggs and omelets were particularly unpalatable. On a brighter note, the restaurant staff was notably pleasant, providing a rare moment of decency in an otherwise disappointing stay. In conclusion, this hotel fell significantly short of expectations and is not worth the expense. I would not consider staying here again, especially not for an extended period. Fortunately, we were able to leave this disheartening experience behind swiftly.
