Room is clean and comfortable, customer service is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. This hotel located just less than 100m from Luohu (Line 1) station exit E at the left and another station around 150m Renmin South station (Line 9) at the right of the hotel. The best part is the generosity of providing free coffee ☕️ to us and there is supper too as well. Will come back again with family.
Very convenient. Just 5mins walk across the road to ShenZhen LuoHu station and hotel is next to Shangri La hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are new and clean too.
Hotel very near to Metro and next door to Shangrila Hotel Located inside an old building, refurbished. Bring your own towel if you are not used to disposable towels!!! It’s for your hygiene!! Breakfast is satisfying. Reception staffs friendly and courteous. Except for the supervisor or manager on duty on 17June around 10.16am. We decided to stay another night and asked for a better rate. Should have just booked through agoda. I do not need to received the kind of insulting treatment by the supervisor/manager saying that I should not stay at their hotel if I cannot afford they rate offered. This supervisor/manager need to change her attitude or just be a housewife!!
