Innpera Hotel

To be honest, I read many negative reviews before my stay, but my experience was quite the opposite. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and although the room was small, it was clean. The location is excellent and close to everything. The only major issue I faced — and it was a big one for me — was the lack of air conditioning. I contacted the front desk multiple times, and they said the hotel system doesn’t provide cooling during this time of year because the weather outside is considered cold. However, it was the end of winter and the beginning of summer, and the room felt hot.

Great location. That place must have been amazing when it first opened. The rooms are dated and there isn't much maintenance. You see the difference when you see the lobby bathrooms. Huge improvement there. The staff tries had to help. The breakfast buffet was not worth it at all. I would do better outside. Probably go there again for the location.

They are criminals. This hotel is Not recommend, the staff is breaching Privacy. They come in our room without permission, our room was family room the staff come without asking. They come twice in room without our permission. Just use there key and open the door and enter , this is a crime. The staff behavior is very bad they dont have manners how to talk with guests even with elderly people they shout, we didn't recommend this hotel. the google reviews are true this hotel is heaving super bed smell, washrooms are very bed , rooms are very dark it looks they didnt renovates past 30 years . Technically it is a 2 star hotel.
