I had a truly wonderful experience at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur! I booked a stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and even providing a complimentary cake & soft drinks. I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) when we opened the room – it was such a sweet and thoughtful. On top of that, the service and hospitality throughout our stay were excellent – every staff member was polite, attentive, and welcoming. It really made our celebration extra special, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!

The environment is welcoming, and the facilities are well-maintained, making it a comfortable and convenient place for my workstation needs. One of the highlights of my stay is the exceptional service from the staff. I would like to especially commend Ken at the reception. He is always professional, polite, and genuinely attentive to guests' needs. His warm hospitality truly makes a difference and adds a personal touch to every stay. We had a wonderful stay at INNSiDE Hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights for us was the complimentary mini bar with soft drinks – my child absolutely loved it! The hotel facilities were excellent – we enjoyed a refreshing swim at the pool and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. The lobby always smelled amazing with a nice fragrance that made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in. Breakfast was another highlight – the buffet spread was delicious with a great variety to choose from. A special mention to the reception staff, Ken and Rania, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly taken care of. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
