Innside by Melia Saigon Central

I had a wonderful stay at Akoya Saigon Central Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. My room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning — great variety and taste. The location is perfect, close to everything in the city center. Overall, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon!

Wasn't sure what to expect when I checked in due to it being such a boutique hotel but this place was amazing value for money. The service really sold me on this place. Staff here are so kind, polite and helpful. The entire hotel is booked out in advance but they still provide such great service. The rooms are small (or mine was) but they still pack everything you need in the space. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Everything was soooo clean and tidy. I'm so glad I took a chance!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. I checked in very late around 3 AM, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful — that made a great first impression and really stood out throughout the stay. The hotel itself was okay for the price. Don’t expect a 4 or 5-star experience — it’s more of a basic, budget-friendly stay. One downside was the loud noise at night, possibly from the lift or machinery, which could disturb light sleepers. Breakfast was average; it’s best to go early before things run out. Overall, the hotel was decent, but the genuinely kind and helpful staff were the highlight of my stay.
