We had a wonderful and were especially impressed by the warm welcome we received from Rafa at check-in. He was incredibly professional, patient, and informative, taking the time to introduce us to all the relaxing areas around the hotel and nearby spots to enjoy a beach holiday. He also thoughtfully explained how we could explore the area comfortably with limited mobility, which made a big difference to our experience. On the day of our departure, we were kindly assisted by Pablo, who allowed us to check out half an hour late due to our very late flight—something we truly appreciated. The rooms were spotless and maintained to a high standard, and the overall service throughout our stay was excellent. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the kindness and attention we received during our stay truly deserve recognition. I have would highly recommend this hotel and in fact my children are coming to the very same hotel next month.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big thank you goes to Joane at the reception ,truly the sweetest and most helpful person! Although our rooms weren’t initially close to each other, Joane immediately found a solution on the same day of arrival. He was always so kind, polite, and quick to respond to anything we needed throughout our stay. A true 10/10 ,thank you Joane! The hotel itself is fantastic: great location, super friendly staff, very clean, and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the sustainable living concept a beautiful touch that made our experience even better. Thank you, Meliá, for a perfect stay!

Great stay. Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Wonderful staff the entire time. Pool was always busy and a good vibe. Same with the lobby bar always playing good music. Location: great for our needs near the arts center. Went to the aqua mall. Great restaurants close by Hotel mommy bar they provided little water and juices for free.
