We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with INNSiDE by Meliá Alicante Porta Maris, and we are still glowing from the experience. From the very beginning, their team welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine spirit of partnership. Very friendly staff, great location, nice rooms. The hotel has recently been renovated, unfortunately there is no sauna and hot tub on the 1st floor, which we really liked last time. (However, there is a spa in the hotel, for a fee.) We were at the hotel for the second time and we would definitely like to come back. We highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is brilliantly located next to the beach, marina and a short walk from the old town. We had a marina view room and it was spacious and clean. The hotel has two pools. The ground floor pool was busy / noisy with families. The 1st floor pool is busy but quieter (fewer children). The bar food and drinks are very good. The communal areas of the hotel are bright, clean and modern. There is an outdoor market that plays music until midnight, a casino and nightclub on the marina. We were disturbed by them (music from the market & people leaving the casino and nightclub in the early hours). I would recommend ear plugs. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
