Great option for a stay near the airport. Rooms were spacious, spotless clean and cozy. The minibar gift was such a refreshing detail, we were thankful. The service was outstanding, we felt that the team are doing their very best to help. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good, with quality food, many options for many tastes or food restrictions. We loved everything we ordered. The shuttle service is good, but they can add a map or a location link. You need to. Book the shuttle, it's important to know. Public transport is poor to the hotel area. Oh, there is excellent working space!

This is a great airport hotel, located a few minutes from Barcelona Airport. They have an airport shuttle that runs twice every hour, offered to guests at no charge. You need to book a shuttle ride to the airport... but you can just wait for the shuttle at the airport to pick you up for the ride to the hotel. The building itself appears understated from the outside, but it is quite attractive inside, and our room was modern and well equipped/appointed. The bed was comfy. The linens and towels were fresh and clean. The room featured everything a traveler might need, including a small fridge and a safe. The restaurant was okay (dinner), featuring an Asian-fusion type menu. But I am quite confident that the entrees were microwaved, rather than freshly prepared. The breakfast, on the other hand, was amazing and offered a huge spread of delightful eats, juices, and more. The INNSiDE is a great overnight hotel for travelers who don't require proximity to attractions, restaurants and bars... probably ideal for a typical overnight stay near the airport, while in transit elsewhere.

My family was greeted extremely rudely by an employee, who did not speak English. My husband who is the sole driver of our rental, parked the car on the side of the entrance (there was room for other cars to pass, this is how it’s done at every hotel), while I unbuckled my 3 and 8 year old and took out our two bags. This would have taken no more than 5-6 min and this rude employee came upto my face and started scolding me in Spanish and telling me to move the car in 1 minute, I said my husband is checking in right here and he repeatedly screamed in my face at least 3 to 4 times one minute like he was scolding a child. My children were scared with his behavior. Mind you, there were like 10 smokers scattered around the driveway blocking it and the employee was chatting with them and laughing at us. This was at midnight and there were no other cars waiting. This is a horrible experience and i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The hallways are dirty and need vacuuming, the beds smell and feel damp, the bathrooms are dingy. They gave us the last room down the hallway, like in the dungeon with so much traffic noise. Don’t stay here. Very rude welcome and employee.
