Arriving late at the hotel, I went to the restaurant at 8:55 PM with a hearty appetite. The receptionist assured me they took orders until 9 PM, but it was too late: the kitchens were already cleaned, and the waitress told me there were chips at the bar. And most of the restaurants in the mall were already closed. The heating system in the room was off. When I opened the radiator valve, I understood why: the circulation of the heating fluid is too noisy. My room was located just above the hotel entrance, on the first floor, right above the place where all the smoking guests go to "get some fresh air." Fantastic. In the morning, a police car was parked in front of the hotel: they had come to observe a violation on a car parked right in front of the hotel; the rear window was broken. Finally, on the second evening, the hotel restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. Since the area surrounding the hotel was grim, I ordered from Lieferando (a very German app) where the prices are quite insane, with crazy minimum orders (€50 for one person). In short, I won't be returning, despite all the other good things about the hotel: quiet and clean.

My experience with the hotel was disappointing and well below average. To start with, I booked directly through their website, which advertised a premium room with 32 square meters. Everything seemed fine, so I proceeded with the booking. My check-in time was scheduled for 15:00. We arrived on time, but the room was not ready. While this wasn’t a huge issue, we ended up waiting for about an hour before finally being given our room. The room itself was not terrible and was manageable for an overnight stay. However, was it truly deserving of a 4-star rating? Definitely not. I would personally rate it 3 stars or below. Next, the bathroom was a major disappointment. The room we received had a bathroom specifically designed for partially abled individuals. While we respect accessibility needs, this design compromised the overall appearance and comfort of the bathroom. We approached the reception to inquire if there had been a mistake, but the staff dismissed us, saying, “Nope, that’s all we have.” They even suggested we contact the manager directly, as they took no responsibility. We decided to let it go and make the best of it. However, the experience worsened when we discovered that the bathroom towels contained human hair (definitely not ours), and the other towels were visibly soiled. Overall, this was far from the level of service and quality one would expect from a 4-star hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.
