The location is great, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. But the best are the people that work there - they helped me with issues with my bookings and also made sure all is done fast, as my two small kids were waiting in the lobby. They gave me the room key and told me "make sure your family is comfortable, and we can complete the paper work later". Loved it. Thank you all.

Nice, modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The highlight is definitely the stunning view from the top floor, where both the bar and breakfast are served. The breakfast offers a good variety, though the quality could be improved. One downside was parking, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the on-site garage has a height limit of 160 cm, which didn’t fit our car. We had to pay extra to park nearby. The reception staff could also be a bit friendlier and more professional. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.

This hotel is right in the Medienhafen and the view from the sky at is spectacular. Parking is a nightmare as there are very few spaces owned by the hotel in the garage and they are quite narrow. The staff at the front desk were mostly unfriendly, one gentleman was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant were also great. Unfortunately I had to check out early, as it was impossible to sleep there. The blinds do not fully close and if you have the misfortune of getting a courtside room, you won’t need to turn on any lights at night as the room does not get dark. The ventilation system is insanely loud and you can hear people screaming on the street throughout the night.
