unfortunately we were not lucky with the service. The lobby bar was closed, although they assured us that it would be open
We were in the Hotel for a week, absolutely adored all the staff. Each and everyone very professional and nice. Breakfast was good. My biggest problem is the rooms, They are oddly Dark, which specifically for business occasions you need light so you can dress up nicely. There is Only 1 extra light which is NOT too bright .Here the points that bothered me a lot: - too dark rooms - NO safe box in the room -no standing mirrors These points specifically in a stressful business trips can make your days harder, i had to check my wardrobe with my phone torch, couldn’t check the outfit as there is No mirror that you check top to bottom And AC was bo working as well. Basically i did not like my stay.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with how my recent reservation was handled at your hotel. Despite my efforts to cancel the booking due to an unforeseen schedule change, I was informed that I am required to pay 90% of the reservation fee. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue, but the responses I received directed me to Hotels.com without addressing my concerns about the fee or removing my personal information from your system as requested. Key points of concern: My cancellation request was made due to a legitimate reason, yet I was met with rigid cancellation policies. I have requested multiple times for all my personal data to be deleted from your system, but this has not been confirmed. The lack of proactive communication and support during this situation has been highly disappointing. Given this experience, I will not be staying at your hotel again and will be discouraging colleagues and contacts from doing so as well.
