The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager and reception team were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's commitment to excellent service was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima.
I visited with my husband and kids and we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and pleasing to the eyes. We paid for breakfast included and that was pretty good, they had eggs, oatmeal, fruits, little pancakes, waffles and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate dispenser among other foods. It is possible to have lunch included but we didn't take the option. The upstairs pool area is also very nice, pool is very narrow and about 1 meters deep (3 ft) so it was good for the kids. The family room was a bit small but I saw similar size rooms in a different hotel that weren't as beautiful. Parking was free. Location is very good, area is very walkable. Dinner was very good, we had the pepper steak 4x. It also had a small gym. Overall, I liked this hotel and the kids also enjoyed the pool, bunkbeds and food.
Our stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores was average. The check-in staff were polite, but not particularly welcoming. At the entrance, there are usually one or two gentlemen greeting guests, but they did not assist with luggage when we arrived. The rooms are typical of a standard business hotel. Our window to the side street could not be opened for fresh air, and the bathroom was quite small. The biggest downside was the noise – the heavy doors close loudly, so we could hear every time other guests entered or left their rooms.
