Amazing hotel, perfect location for shopping and sightseeing seeing. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Gluten free friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean, definitely recommend this hotel

I had a fantastic stay on Gran Vía! The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and my room was spotless with all the essentials. I loved the convenience of online check-in and check-out; I arrived, picked up my room keys from the machine, and checked out instantly from my room. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Highly recommend!
