This is a great spot if you're flying out of Madrid's Terminal 4—super convenient for an overnight stay. The area has plenty of restaurants, and the property itself is beautiful. Rooms are simple yet refreshing, with free drinks stocked in the mini fridge. The mattresses were comfortable, and the pillows were exceptional. We did run into a few issues: one room had an odd smell, but the staff promptly moved us. The second room had a shower drainage problem, but they made up for it by comping our breakfast. It seems they were dealing with some plumbing challenges—these things happen, and they handled it gracefully. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, especially the lobby, which is perfect for relaxing. The staff is professional, well-trained, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Perfect Layover Stay – Exceeded Expectations I stayed at this hotel during a layover and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything about it was spot on. The room was incredibly spacious, with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The overall feel of the hotel was modern, airy, and immaculately clean. It had a calming atmosphere that instantly made me feel relaxed after a long flight. The rooftop swimming pool was a real highlight — a stunning spot to unwind, with plenty of space and great views. The bar was stylish and well-stocked, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection and definitely worth including in your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving me one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel, and the gym facilities were fantastic, fully equipped and even had an outdoor workout area, which was a rare and appreciated bonus. Service throughout was warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff made everything easy and stress-free. There’s also a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes, which was prompt and efficient — a huge plus when you’re on a tight schedule. The location was also ideal, with supermarkets and a restaurant within easy walking distance, making it super convenient for a short stopover. All in all, this hotel turned a simple layover into a mini luxury escape. Highly recommended — I would stay again without hesitation.

Easy check-in, check-out with friendly staff. The was spacious, immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable. The free shuttle to T4 was convenient. We did the breakfast buffet before check-out and it was quite good. I'd easily stay here again if we ever need a room close to the Airport. Note: There are plenty of USB plugs in the room for charging devices, but at least our room was limited to USB-C, but the front desk loaned us a charging plug.
