Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially Sow on reception who went above and beyond for us. Rooms were immaculate and food was excellent. Can’t rate it enough and will definitely be returning.
Frequently stay at this hotel when we’re in town for gigs. It’s a great location and I use their app for deals and the loyalty program. Staff are simply superb. Love the decor and the hotel fragrance on arrival. Rooms are spotless and quiet. Beds are very comfy. Wellness facilities are immaculate. Easy to park nearby or jump off at Castlefield tram stop. Love the hotel art. Room mini bar is a great touch. Such great value for money. Definitely recommend and will return soon!
Excellent stay last night! Value for money was fantastic, considering the 'cheap' hotels on Manchester have the same rates per room. Spacious room with an enormous, comfy bed. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Beautifully designed bathroom. Welcoming and helpful staff. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the ambiance looked great. Located only a short walk from the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again - and will try the wellness centre next time!
