This hotel seems higher end at first, but when you actually get in there its a bit different. Booked us twice into an already occupied room which is a major hotel taboo let alone done twice, and we walked in on a stranger the second time. They did upgrade our room for that which was nice and it was a big room, but then we happened to see our mattress and it was covered in disgusting stains. Really disgusting stains. After that we noticed stains and patched stains everywhere around our room and the hotel. There were other things that went wrong too like a broken fan and laundry that didnt go out as promised, but I do think it most important to include that this hotel is not near anything. City center is a 20 min cab ride. A lot of potential here, staff was friendly enough, but just too many short cuts making it a two star hotel

Where to start. This hotel is a total disaster. I booked it because it said that the rooms are soundproof. Instead I hear the neighbors TV and even worse their intercourse. The bed is super uncomfortable and hard, the pillows are cheap and soft. Makes it impossible to get good rest. My whole body was painful after a few hours in bed. The rooms are more than depressing (see images) and they even wanted to have 40 Euros for early checking when I arrived at 12:00 noon. Sorry but this is not a 4* Some of the staff is friendly, some very rude when I complained about the room and lack of sound proofing. When I went to the bathroom upon arrival a yellow color graced the toilet. The room was supposed to be clean. I also found black, long hair on the furniture. Also there is a weird odor in the toilet and you can smell it from bed. The AC is super loud and cannot be shut off unless you disconnect the electricity. Sorry, but how can you run a hotel like this. Its an embarrassment. What a mess.

I agree with all the negative reviews... You're a German hotel with a 3rd world vibe where it's expected that things malfunction. First off, your receptionist was sweet and lent us umbrellas and looked very sorry for all the glitches that took place, however, when staying for 4 days in your hotel, that's not good enough to just feel sorry, you have to be more stern and get all things wrong with your hotel fixed. Period. Your A/C doesn't work (switched rooms 3 times), your phones in the rooms do not work (in none of the 3 rooms), the bathroom in the rooms are all open without any privacy when showering, your hotel is in a business park so all staff should know how to ship a box...which they didn't...and we had to figure out how to ship and ended up going quite far carrying a large bag to ship. The breakfast is the same thing day after day, change it up a bit daily so it's not boring or include it in the hotel cost. A lot of inconsistencies (lack of training by your hotel management team)...ie: You're supposed to have two bottles of water in the mini-bar daily but they kept forgetting so we had to go downstairs just to grab our own since the room phones did not work. Clean the showers so there's no mold, fix your tiny rooms and add larger beds (the beds are so short and tiny, made for little children). If you have a meeting in the business buildings across the street, great. If you're a tourist, it's too far from everything. So inconvenient and unexpected for a German hotel.
