The service is notably attentive, thanks to an experienced staff that ensures prompt assistance. However, one area for improvement could be the lobby, which tends to feel a bit crowded at times. Enhancing the lobby experience could contribute to an even better atmosphere for visitors.
I had a wonderful stay at INNSiDE..The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly made the experience memorable was the excellent service. Special thanks to Iwan and Bagus for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Their warm and attentive service really stood out. Highly recommended, and I’d love to stay here again in the future! :)
This was my first time visiting Yogyakarta, and I’m so glad I chose to stay at INNSiDE by Meliá. Everything about the stay was smooth and pleasant from the beginning. On the first night, I had a small issue with the air-conditioning. it was too cold and I didn’t know how to turn it off. I planned to ask the staff in the morning, but I didn’t even have to. During breakfast, one of the staff members, Evelyn, kindly came over to ask how my stay was and whether I needed any assistance. I explained the AC issue, and not long after, a technician came to my room and showed me how to adjust and turn it off properly. Evelyn also encouraged me to reach out to her anytime if I needed anything. I was really impressed by the attention and proactive service. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I also loved the convenience of having a hypermarket right next to the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything I needed. Breakfast was another highlight. there was a wide variety of food, and everything was fresh and tasty. The overall hospitality of the staff stood out throughout my stay. everyone was warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Ps. I love the scent of Mint shower gel.
