What a spectacular hotel (don’t let the scaffolding put you off). The service from the front desk to the housekeeping to the bar and pool staff was just exceptional. The gym is nicely kitted out and the pool area is lush. Drinks were reasonably priced for such a nice establishment. My only minor issues were I couldn’t seem to get the A/C cold enough, the shower leaked a bit if you weren’t careful with the handheld part and there was no kettle (which I now know I could’ve asked for-lesson learnt). Otherwise a gem of a hotel in an absolute gem of a city

This is from June 2025. The road in front of the hotel and the actual front of the hotel are under construction. We had scaffolding in front of our window and heard voices early in the morning be warned. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Everything about the hotel was top notch. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and fun. The location was close to all of the restaurants and sites in downtown Zaragoza. It was a good hotel this trip and once construction is complete it will be even better.

Very good hotel right in the centre of Zaragoza. Extremely well placed for sight seeing and shopping. Good restaurant. Excellent Breakfast. The gym on the lower ground floor is very good for burning off the excess calories. The staff are very helpful We only stayed overnight on this occasion, but I can assure everyone that we will definitely stay there again. I have never been disappointed with hotels within the Melia group.
