Rooms and Location of the hotel are good. I stayed for 21 days and here are a few things: 1. Room Service is NOT good. Things don't get cleaned/replaced. I also lost my memory card in the room despite keeping it in the closet and locking the closet. Shows they get opened while we are not in the room. 2. The girl at the front desk (evening with glasses) is incredibly rude. Seems like she is there out of her will. 3. The breakfast was good and so were the staff during breakfast. 4. My bedside table lamp wasn't working and despite multiple requests, it wasn't handled. The bearded guy at the front desk was always ignorant. 5. The view and location of the hotel is good, which stops me in lowering my review even further.

The hotel is in the best location possible but this is about it of good things I can say about it. The rooms are absolutely Terrible, old furniture, cheap and worn out, shower curtain From Amazon, basic, leaking shower etc etc - It is just an embarrassment of a hotel. Stuff not properly trained, charged my private credit card, where I specifically told them not to because the company is paying the bill. Highly not recommended.

Overbooked, forced me to go to another hotel at 10pm after landing from a late flight. I booked over a month in advance. Said they would pay for my taxi to and from the city centre from my new hotel, they are now withholding the payment.
