Great hotel, stylish, comfortable, and welcoming! Stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is lovely; very clean, modern, and stylish. The rooms were beautifully designed with very comfy beds. Great water pressure, plenty of storage, and thoughtful amenities. The free minibar was a lovely bonus, and small touches like shower caps and cottonbuds were appreciated. A couple of minor points: the TV casting didn’t work during our stay, and there were no spoons for the tea and coffee facilities. Also, the rooms have an open-plan bathroom layout with a frosted shower and enclosed toilet, which might. Tidy points which don’t warrant a mark down! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I’d recommended this place to anybody!

A wonderful stay! Upon checking in, the lady at reception was so lovely and welcoming. The hotel and rooms have a modern, fresh vibe that I really appreciated. I loved the room I was given - a city view, spotless and clean. It was actually really cosy! The room was well-equipped with all the essentials and some great extras, including complimentary drinks in the fridge. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as it’s in a great location and you really cannot go wrong. I’ll definitely be back!

Definitely in the top 10 hotels I've ever stayed at. The room is very clean and modern. I paid the extra bit for a 'River View' room, the windows are fairly large so that the view can be fully appreciated. It's just a minor thing, but the refrigerator in the room was filled with free drinks for you to take. Sparking/still water and a few different Sanpellegrino sparkling drinks. I was really surprised when the refrigerator was refilled (for free) during my stay. Big plus. The breakfast was very good, many different options. The only thing that could be improved is the bread/baguette. It was pretty dry, which makes me think it was old bread from the day before.
