Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre

Just wanted to say what a brilliant stay I had here. Every member of staff I met was so helpful and welcoming. There is a tall guy in his 20s working on reception, blonde/light brown hair, such a nice guy and so friendly/polite. All the staff were. You could tell they all enjoyed their jobs which is so nice to see. The location is fantastic if you want to stay central, the rooms were lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable… Couldn’t fault it. Thank you very much to all of you, I’ll be back!

From a logistical point of view, the hotel's location is good. The trams are easily accessible, and the central station is just a short walk away. Despite being in a busy area, our room was quiet. The room was cleaned perfectly every morning. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, for example helping us receive deliveries and bringing them to our room. Breakfast was good, although there wasn't a massive selection. The gym and sauna were OK and were always empty. There was no restaurant. The hotel surroundings aren't very picturesque. But the atmosphere felt good.

Spacious rooms but dark lights and small windows with no view. Ladies doesn’t have good mirror options with enough light. Cleaning was good and staff was very courteous. I requested Kate checkout but asked for 15 Euros per hour with conditional availability which means I have to get up early to check on availability…
