We came to spend a romantic weekend, so we decided on a luxury room, which cost almost 600 euros per night. The rooms were quite decent. The bathtub in the room was great, but for this price I expected something more. No bottles of drinking water, tap water recommended. Since it is a luxury room, I expected at least a small welcome champagne, it would be a nice addition. We got a room on the 4th floor, so the view was average, nothing special. Very long waiting time at the reception and for the elevators. 10 minutes waiting for the elevator is some kind of misunderstanding. Breakfast was tasty, a large choice, but the pressure to be on time between a given slot did not appeal to me. I like to have a choice and flexibility in this matter. I probably will not come back here again. Too little for such a price.

I’ll start with what most the lower reviews say: this hotel is way too overpriced for the service it offers. My partner was here on a work trip and I came with him. He booked my room— it was one of the deluxe rooms. The first night was the hottest of the summer. We couldn’t turn the AC down given the windows and the sun created a greenhouse effect in the room so it was unbearably hot. The room service phone didn’t work so I couldn’t order food. The reception staff didn’t seem too phased by these issues. There’s no water provided and I’ve seen the replies to this about sustainability yet you continue to use amenities packages in 2-3 layers of plastic and use plastic bottles of water in your vending machines, so it essentially cancels out the sustainability argument. Night 2: we lost power at 11pm. Luckily it was resolved quickly so that was appreciated. Night 3: was fine. The kitchen and serving staff were excellent :) The location is a bit far out from shops— which doesn’t help when you have no water provided. Give us the complimentary water Inntel Hotels!

⭐ “★ One Star: 45-Minute Breakfast, Night in the Cold” We have never experienced such a terrible stay anywhere else. On Friday, we made a reservation online, completed our payment, and set off from Germany. After hours of travel, we arrived at the hotel with the expectation of a pleasant holiday, only to be met at the reception by an employee who had no sense of customer service, was extremely rude, and showed no interest whatsoever. My spouse showed the reservation and payment confirmation on the phone. The employee took a brief glance at the screen and said, “You don’t have a room,” and threw us out of the hotel. Despite repeatedly showing our invoice and insisting, we were turned away without any attempt to check the situation. We were left stranded late at night, in the cold, in an unfamiliar city, exhausted from the journey. A little later, we met another couple who had just come out of the hotel, and they told us the same employee had also treated them badly and thrown them out. Hours later, when we went back to reception, after much effort and insistence, the employee finally admitted that our reservation did exist. This happened at 01:24 AM — hours after our arrival. During this time, our holiday was ruined, and we were left completely helpless. When we asked for help with parking, the answer was simply, “I don’t know.” The employee wandered aimlessly around the hotel, giving us no information whatsoever. We had to find our own way to a nearby parking lot. Thanks to other guests we met there, we learned the parking code and were finally able to park our car. We asked for the employee’s name, but it was not given to us. To confirm his identity, we took a photo and showed it to the hotel management. This person, despite being in a position that should never allow such behavior towards guests, was completely lacking in professionalism. Our room also did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a “Deluxe” room with a sea view, but the windows were frosted, and there was a view of construction work on the exterior. The room was extremely dusty; we didn’t even want to have a coffee because of the dust. On top of that, breakfast hours were limited to just 45 minutes — it felt more like being in the military than being on holiday. The restrictive and stressful breakfast arrangement was the exact opposite of a relaxing vacation atmosphere. When we explained the situation to your manager in the morning, all we got was a “Sorry.” But such a level of mistreatment cannot be brushed off with a verbal apology. Being denied entry to our paid room for hours, being left out in the cold, misdirected, treated disrespectfully, facing poor cleanliness, and having such a restrictive breakfast schedule are absolutely unacceptable in any professional hotel. This experience has completely ruined our holiday and destroyed our trust. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
