Wellness Room Pros • Great location, beautiful scenic views from the top floor giving an overview of the entire city of Utrecht • Awesome hot tub inside the room along with a Sauna next to the shower. • TV is great and movable on a wall mount. Can adjust it any which way you need. • Plenty of space for luggage and clothing • Everything worked! Nothing was out of order and did as it needed • Free ice is provided! • Nice pool and additional sauna location on the top floor. • Room is spotless and cleaned without leftover trash from previous vistors. Con(s) • Very expensive vending machine. Almost €4 for a small bag of chips Overall: Amazing stay, next time we're staying in Utrecht it'll definitely be here. It was wonderful and the front desk was kind and friendly as well. Would recommend it to others wanting a getaway in Utrecht!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic—right in the center of the city, which makes everything super convenient. The only downside is the noise from the trains passing right next to the window, but it’s a trade-off for such a central spot. The food was a highlight! I absolutely loved the Caesar salad I ordered—super tasty. That said, €12 for room service felt a bit steep. The room itself was cosy and the bedding very comfortable. I also spent some time in the spa area, which had a lovely view. However, the pool was quite cold, and the sauna door didn’t close properly, so the sauna didn’t get as hot as it should. Overall, I’m happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very beautiful hotel, although quite expensive. The service at the reception was excellent and very welcoming. However, it loses one star because there was an extra €12.50 room service charge, and everything we ordered arrived stale.
