Innvista Hotels Belek All Inclusive

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We went for our delayed honeymoon with our baby and noted that its the most kid-friendly hotel we've ever seen. We'll be back. It was great, clean. had very friendly staff. The kitchen and food was 10/10 incredible. Large variety to choose from every meal, every day. The spa was one of the best experiences of my life, Murat and Gokhan were extremely helpful. Murat was very helpful in the spa, very nice and friendly guy and made it easy to book the right spa treatment for our honeymoon!

We had a lovely stay at the innvista hotel during our holiday in Turkey. The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned every day which we really appreciated. The mini fridge was also replenished daily with soft drinks and water - a nice touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but a special shout out goes to Meva who truly went above and beyond. She took great care of us, made sure our children were entertained, and even helped us plan one of our days out. Her suggestions for places to visit while touring the city were spot on and made our day extra enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend innvista hotel to families looking for a clean, well run place to stay with excellent service.

I don’t dont understand how this place has so many good reviews but i don’t think that it would have more than 2. We have paid more then 2000€ for 2 people for one week in a “luxury station” but this place its far from this. Bad food, bad drinks(just the beer its good). The food it does not have a etiquette, basically you don’t know what are you eating. A lot of kids who are doing what they want, running and taking food with hands from plates, 0 control. When you are going to eat there are a lot of uncivilized people who are skipping the line and i think that it has to be someone to control the line and make sure that everyone it’s respecting it. I strongly not recommend to make your holidays here because there are for sure many more better places in Belek. Update: After my review I observed some changes about the food, including etiquettes on some food(not everywhere). Also, all the respect for the bartender with gray long hair which it’s a really nice and professional guy. Nice activities in the night until 23-23:30. I would recommend to have the pool opened until later(20-21:00 for example) A big problem its with the people who reserve sun beds by putting towels on them and going for hours who knows where. I saw people who couldn’t find a sun bed because of the non educated people. For example, I saw one guy at 06:00 in the morning who put towels on 15 sun beds, so, good luck with finding one👍🏼. There has to be a I recommend the hotel if you have children as there are many activities for them..
