Amazingly spacious rooms for families and a great location being close to the train station, supermarket and convenience stores. The best part however are the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. With excellent English skills they are happy to help you in any way shape or form or even just to have a humble chat they really do shine through here. We dealt with Kazu who is a seasoned traveller that can help you get from A to B. She was so polite and welcoming that our 5yo daughter fell in love with her and wanted to bring her home with us. A very memorable experience and we hope to be back soon
AMAZING HOTEL!!! Our family of 7 adults stayed in the presidential suite for 4 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can gladly say that throughout our 13 days in Japan, this is the hotel we enjoyed the most. We appreciated every single detail the team have put into this property. Starting from the all day access lounge with cereal, milk, toiletries and bread/snacks were provided to us in our room upon check-in. The sweet handwritten welcome note, the accessibility of reception to ask ANY questions, even helped me courier a package to Hokkaido. I am truly amazed and thankful for Mika, Shoko and team! THANK YOU for doing what you have been doing. I would have given this hotel 10 ⭐️ if I could!!! Keep doing what you are doing and we hope to be back one day!!!
Very friendly people! Free coffe, tea, juice and even breakfast cereals. Close to the train station which makes it very great for a stop over. Big supermarkt about 3 min walk. Rooms are big, comfortabel and have everything you need.
