Cute hotel in superb location and with great staff. Very happy with everything. Rooms were immaculate and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the breakfast restaurant team for the warm hospitality and service! For those who come by car: Perfect spot as the hotel has lots of roomy parking spaces.
Good hotel with a very nice location right in the center of Heilbronn. The food was good and the service excellent but it's a very old fashioned hotel, that you have to like I would say. Also the breakfast could have had a more wide variety and the buns could have been a bit less hard, but the rest was fine.
I went to this hotel for 3 nights and there was an accident where the glass of coffee table broke and they ripped me off 300 euros for it. Although that i was ready to pay the penalty, their staff behaved extremely rude and Impolite to me when I wanted to explain. i am not going there again and do not recommend this hotel at all.
